Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information ReachDex (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the ReachDex website and service.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and authentication data when you sign up or log in. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google.
• Report inputs: the product URL(s) you submit and information we extract from those pages to generate your report.
• Payment information: purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing metadata; we do not store your full card number.
• Guest tokens: if you generate a report without an account, we store a temporary token so you can access that report before signing in.
• Usage and device data: standard technical information (such as request logs) needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

• to generate and deliver your reports;
• to create and secure your account and process payments;
• to send transactional email (for example, verification, password reset, and receipts);
• to operate, maintain, debug, and improve the Service;
• to comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We share information with third parties only as needed to run the Service, including our payment processor (Stripe), transactional email provider, and infrastructure and data providers used to generate reports. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

Reports generated as a guest are retained for a limited period (about 24 hours) and then expire unless you sign in to claim them. Account data and reports tied to your account are retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

5. Your choices

• You can access or update your account information while signed in.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.
• You can stop generating new reports at any time.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate protection for such transfers.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
