Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReachDex (the “Service”), operated by ReachDex (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a report, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What ReachDex does

ReachDex analyzes a product URL you provide and generates a “reach report” that infers an ideal customer profile, identifies online communities where those customers may gather, and produces suggested outreach messages and a go-to-market plan. Reports are informational and provided for your own judgment; we do not guarantee any particular business, marketing, or revenue outcome from acting on them.

2. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You may generate a report as a guest, in which case the report is tied to a temporary token and is retained for a limited time (see the Privacy Policy) unless you sign in to claim it.

3. Purchases and pricing

Reports are sold on a pay-per-report basis (individually or in multi-report packs) with no subscription. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit URLs or content you do not have the right to analyze;
• use the Service to send spam, harass others, or violate the rules of any third-party community or platform;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service;
• resell or redistribute reports as your own product without permission.

You are solely responsible for how you use the outreach suggestions we generate, including compliance with the terms, self-promotion rules, and applicable laws of any platform you post to.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, belongs to us. The report content generated for you is yours to use for your own business. You retain any rights in the URL and product information you submit; you grant us the rights needed to process it and deliver the Service.

7. Third-party data

Reports incorporate data retrieved from third-party sources and APIs at generation time. That data is provided “as is”; while we verify community signals where we can, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party information.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the report(s) giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
